“He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay”. (Matthew 28:6 KJV).

Jesus Christ is risen! Alleluia!
Every Easter season we celebrate the memorial of our risen Saviour, Jesus Christ.

We understand very well that he was taken down from the cross the same day he was crucified, more than two thousand years ago and placed in a tomb.
He rose from the dead three days later.

He is no longer hanging on the cross.
He ascended into heaven forty days later and is seated at the right hand of the Father.

He told his disciples before he left the earth that he was going to prepare a place for us and then he will come again to take us with him that where he is, we will be also. (John 14:2-3).

His second coming is nearer now than ever.
It is time to stop playing church and seek the Lord with everything in us.
Remain focused, remain strong. Don’t give up. He that endures to the end, the same shall be saved. (Matt 24 :13).

I pray that our lives are being transformed daily as we celebrate him and wait expectantly for his second coming in glory. Amen!

Praise God! Alleluia! Shalom.
